Here’s how to make our summer favourite Dirty Juspy. It’s a super refreshing iced collagen coffee shake with 25g of Juspy protein powder, your milk of choice, and a double espresso swirl. High-protein, clean label, and absolutely delicious.
What is a Dirty Juspy?
Think of it as your new iced coffee obsession: a cold, creamy shake with a bold espresso kick and a velvety hit of chocolate-collagen protein. We showcased the Dirty Juspy at the Avoca Handweavers Summer BBQ 2025, and it it was a huge hit for guests, as well as the hard working staff making sure everything on the day went really well. It’s indulgent, energizing, and secretly good for you.
Best of all? It’s only three ingredients, and ready in under 2 minutes. It’s perfect for warm days, busy mornings, or afternoon pick-me-ups.
Ingredients (Serves 1)

25g Juspy collagen & cacao powder
(about 2 heaped dessert spoons) -
100ml hot espresso (double shot)

300ml milk of choice (we love oat, almond, or full fat milk)

Ice to fill half a tall glass
How to Make a Dirty Juspy
Step 1: Fill the Glass
Take a tall glass and fill it halfway with ice. Pour in your cold milk of choice so it reaches about ⅔ full.
Step 2: Blitz the Espresso + Juspy
Brew your double espresso (about 100ml). Add your powder, and using a fork or hand blender, mix until smooth. We like the small portable hand frothers, but because the coffee is hot, your Juspy powder will dissolve easily!

Step 3: Pour & Swirl
Slowly pour your warm espresso-chocolate mix over the milk and ice. Watch it swirl like magic. No stirring needed.

When’s the Best Time for a Dirty Juspy?
We love our coffee, but timing matters. Dirty Juspy is the kind of drink that hits just right at around 11am, after the first burst of morning chaos has settled. It’s that delicious in-between moment: you’ve powered through the early rush, ticked a few things off your list, and now it’s time for a reset.
