Why Juspy
The benefits
Creatine is one of the world’s most researched supplements. Your body makes it, and you’ll find it in food — but not always enough to keep pace.
For our first Booster, we chose Creavitalis®: pure creatine monohydrate, made in Germany, micronised for smooth mixing, and rigorously tested for quality.
It’s clean, effective, and made to move with you. A simple daily top-up — designed to power you through, in and out of the gym.
How to enjoy
Just add water!
Stir into water or juice. Do not heat, or add to hot beverages. Our favourite way? Juice one whole lime, and add a splash of water or orange juice with a spoon of honey for taste. Stir. Shoot. Power on.

FAQs
What Is Creatine, Really?
Creatine is a compound your body makes from amino acids. You also get tiny amounts from food (mostly red meat and fish) but not nearly enough to reach optimal levels, especially if you follow a plant-based diet. For example, 500g (half a kilo) of raw beef has roughly 2-3g of creatine. To reach
an optimal dose of 5g of creatine from diet alone, you’d need to eat around 1–1.5 kg of meat or fish every single day. That’s not realistic (or desirable) for most people!
Inside your body, creatine helps your cells recycleenergy. It’s used daily by your brain, heart, and muscles for quick bursts of power, from clear thinking to lifting, climbing, or sprinting.
What are the benefits?
Lots of people assume it’s about bulking up, or being able to lift more. While it does absolutely help people who are training hard, it’s really about ensuring you have a steady store of energy.
This also can increase clarity, and resilience for whatever your days demand.
When Will I Notice Results?
Most people see benefits in 3–4 weeks of consistent use, but our beta testers started to notice benefits after the 2nd week.
Is Creatine Safe?
Yes. Creatine is safe for healthy adults. It’s one of the most researched supplements in
the world. However, if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have kidney or liver issues, or any health concerns, always consult your doctor before taking supplements.
Any Side Effects?
Temporary water weight inside muscles (a good thing).
Some notice mild bloating or tummy upset. This is often linked to hydration or hormonal
cycles. Splitting the dose can help. Or avoid taking on an empty stomach.
Should I Take It With Food Or Without?
Either works. Some prefer with food
if they experience mild stomach
sensitivity.
