Meet Michelle
Michelle Riordan is a distinguished wellness expert, author, and certified Level 3 Wim Hof Method instructor—the highest certification level within the Wim Hof Method community and part of Wim Hof's core teaching team. She is the founder of the Cliffs of Moher Retreat in County Clare, Ireland, a sanctuary established in 2013 that draws international guests for its peaceful environment supporting yoga, meditation, and holistic wellness practices.
Leonie and Michelle clicked instantly over their shared love of movement, music, and big ideas. Their friendship began, like so many things in Ireland, through word of mouth. A friend of Leonie’s attended one of Michelle’s workshops and later shared news of Michelle’s upcoming book, The Life Audit. Inspired by the way Orla Kiely had built partnerships to strengthen her brand, Leonie knew she wanted The Life Audit to be a part of her work with Juspy.
In January 2021, this vision became reality with The Life Audit as the first official collaboration for Juspy. Since then, the partnership has blossomed into a friendship, with many days spent together over coffee at The Cheese Press in Ennistymon or on the beach in Spanish Point.

Meet Síofra
Life is all about the connections we make, and Juspy’s journey with Síofra Lawless is a perfect example of this. Síofra a two-time World Champion and six-time Irish Champion from Greystones, County Wicklow has become a friend of the Juspy family. At just 17, she claimed her second World Championship title in the 63kg division at the 2024 World Youth Championships, following her first World Junior Championship win in 2023 in Armenia. She also earned European recognition with a strong performance at the 2022 Euros.
Juspy has had the privilege of supporting Síofra’s journey over the past two years, providing the collagen and protein she needs to fuel her training. This partnership began with a simple connection: Sinéad O'Loughlin, then working with Juspy, introduced us to Síofra’s mom, Sinéad too. Our Sinead was aware we sometimes had extra protein after production. She mentioned that her daughter, a promising young boxer, could benefit from some additional nutrition if we had any to spare. With that simple act of support, our connection with Síofra began to grow, and we quickly became invested in her story and her rise in the world of boxing.
Our initial support blossomed into an incredible relationship as we watched Síofra rise through the ranks and capture her first Junior World Championship title.
