This avocado mousse recipe perfectly combines indulgence and nutrition - we absolutely love the smooth creamy texture of the avocado combined with the chocolatey hit from the Juspy.
- Preparation time: 5 minutes
- Chilling time: 4 hours or overnight

Ingredients:
- 240g of avocado
- 40g of Juspy Collagen & Cacao Protein Blend
- 3-4 tbsp milk of choice
- ½ tsp pure vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
- ¼ cup sweetener of choice (maple syrup, honey etc)
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Transfer mousse into a dish and chill for four hours or overnight.
- Remove from the fridge once chilled and enjoy!
