This chia seed pudding is one of our Founder Leonie’s go-tos for busy mornings or a healthy snack any time of day. The fibre-rich chia seeds support digestion, while Juspy’s collagen protein blend promotes skin and joint health. With a base of creamy almond milk, it’s both delicious and nourishing—a simple way to fuel up for the day ahead.
- Preparation time: 5 minutes
- Chilling time: 4 hours or overnight
- Serves: 2
Ingredients:
- 4 tablespoons chia seeds
- 240 ml unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tablespoons Juspy Collagen & Cacao Protein Blend
- Fresh berries and chopped nuts, for topping
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine chia seeds, almond milk, and Juspy Collagen & Cacao Protein Blend. Stir thoroughly.
- Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes, then stir again to avoid clumping.
- Cover the bowl or transfer to serving jars. Chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, give it one last stir, adjusting consistency with more almond milk if needed.
- Divide into bowls or glasses, topping with berries and nuts for texture and added flavour.

- Serve immediately or store in the fridge for up to 3 days. Perfect for a quick breakfast or snack.
