Juspy Protein Pancakes

Juspy Protein Pancakes

Our Juspy Pancake recipe is to die for and we are not exaggerating! They are so simple to make and packed with protein and superfood ingredients. AND they taste like chocolate!

  • Preparation time: 10 minutes
  • Cooking time: 10 minutes
  • Serves: 2

Ingredients:

  • 40g Juspy Collagen & Cacao Protein Blend
  • 2 eggs
  • A splash of milk
  • 125g oats
  • Some real butter to fry 
  • 1 tablespoon of nut butter
  • 2 bananas 
  • ½ teaspoon of baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon of bread soda
  • Toppings of choice

Instructions:

    1. Get all ingredients together in a blender and mix for 20 - 30 seconds. 
    2. Scoop a tablespoon of the pancake batter onto a heated pan, and cook on a medium heat. Once you spot bubbles on the top, flip the pancake over for a minute or two.
    3. Put your pancakes on a plate and add your favourite toppings. That’s it!

    Serving and Storage Suggestions:
