We love an easy morning, and these Juspy Overnight Oats are one of our favourite hacks for a stress free start to the day. All you need is five ingredients and five minutes in the evening - it couldn’t be easier to start your day the Juspy way!
- Preparation time: 5 minutes
- Chilling time: 4 hours or overnight
- Serves: 2
Ingredients:
- 200mls milk of choice
- 50g porridge oats
- 3 tablespoons Juspy Collagen & Cacao Protein Blend
- 5g chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon of Greek yoghurt
- Toppings of choice
Instructions:
- In a container or bowl, combine porridge oats, chia seeds, milk of choice, Juspy Collagen & Cacao Protein Blend, and Greek yoghurt.
- Mix until all ingredients are fully combined.
- Refrigerate for 4 hours minimum, or ideally overnight.
- Serve the next morning with any toppings of choice.
Serving and Storage Suggestions:
- Serve immediately or store in the fridge for up to 3 days. Perfect for a quick breakfast or snack.
