What is it?
We’ve taken the classic Juspy shake and frozen into a tub of joy. Smooth chocolate-collagen ice cream with the natural creaminess of full fat dairy milk. There’s no junk, no weird stabilisers, and no added gums just real ingredients that taste good and do good.
The only real problem with this icecream is making sure it doesn’t get stolen. We suggest you hide it well.
Ingredients (Makes 1 Ninja Creami Pint Tub)

60g Juspy collagen & cacao powder
(about 5 heaped dessert spoons) -
Handful dark chocolate chips (We love Nibbed, because they’re Irish and full of phytonutrients)

450ml full fat Irish dairy milk
How to Make It (Ninja Creami Method)
Step 1: Blend & Freeze
Mix the powder and milk until smooth. Pour into your Ninja Creami pint tub. Lid on. Freeze upright on a flat surface for at least 24 hours. Don’t rush this bit, the Creami needs it rock solid to spin properly.
Step 2: Spin to Creamy
Remove from freezer, insert into your Ninja Creami, and use the Lite Ice Cream or Smoothie Bowl function. We really prefer a double spin here for soft scoopable magic. If the texture looks crumbly or icy, you can add a tablespoon of milk and hit the Re-spin button.
Step 3: Add your chips
For the final feel good flourish, add your chocolate chips and give it a few seconds of spin. You don’t want to blitz these, simply distribute them evenly throughout your icecream.
