Preparation time: 5 minutes Chilling time: 4 hours or overnight Serves: 2
- 200mls milk of choice
- 50g porridge oats
- 3 tablespoons Juspy
- 5g chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon of yogurt
- Mix oats, milk, Juspy and chia seeds together and pop in the fridge overnight.
- Serve the following morning with berry compote, yogurt, flaked almonds or any topping you like really.
