  • 200mls milk of choice
  • 50g porridge oats
  • 3 tablespoons Juspy
  • 5g chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon of yogurt 


  • Mix oats, milk, Juspy and chia seeds together and pop in the fridge overnight.
  • Serve the following morning with berry compote, yogurt, flaked almonds or any topping you like really.
