UNDERSTANDING YOUR BODY
Having worked as a movement coach for 12 years I know the important role nutrition plays in how we function. It keeps us going. It helps us focus. But getting goodness in can take too much out of us sometimes, especially when we don’t have time or energy to spare.
LIFE CHANGES
Health is about being good to yourself; being true to yourself and honouring the changing moments in your life. Motherhood floored me yet it was the catalyst for me to create Juspy. There is magic in all seasons. Pressure makes diamonds.
THE HEALTH TO-DO LIST
Sometimes being healthy can feel like a chore. With our first product we wanted to lighten the wellbeing load by creating an all-in energy boost that ticked more than one box. We wanted to create a simple way to get clean protein into your day – 17g in one shot.
FOR OUR LOVE OF CHOCOLATE
This recipe had to start with cacao, then high protein with the best collagen we could find. Blended perfectly with pea and rice protein, added to lots of superfoods to make our powdered gold. The seal of approval given by the queen – my 92 year old nan who thought Juspy was pure indulgence!
OUR POINT OF VIEW
We are in the long term game of health. We do not see health as a black or white, good or bad choice to be made. We believe food should be enjoyable. We are obsessed with taste and quality ingredients. We believe health is non-negotiable. In life we live to move. We believe food should be used to fuel that movement – mind, body and soul.
WHAT’S IN A NAME
Juspy is totally made up. We wanted to create a lifestyle brand that meant something. Juspy means ‘just be’. It’s phonetically said, quickly and playfully. Juspy you (each to their own). Juspy be healthy. Juspy happy. Juspy what ever you want to be (and don’t mind me). At Juspy we celebrate moments, live in the moment and are unapologetic about enjoying that moment.
WHO WE ARE
We like made up words. We believe in unicorns. We are comfortable on the edges. We live in colour. We breathe in music all day every day – it gives us life. We dance like no one is watching. We are not like the others. We want to make our nanas proud. We believe in play, having fun and not taking yourself too seriously. We believe in inspiring children to create and be creative. We believe sunsets make everything better.

We believe our products are worth every penny. We believe in respecting the earth. We believe we should make a profit. We believe in holding our hands up when we are wrong.
